Return Policy

At Delicious LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the intimate nature of our items, all purchases of underwear and swimwear are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This policy is enforced in accordance with hygiene standards and consumer protection practices applicable in Puerto Rico and the United States.

Non-Returnable Items

• All men’s underwear
• All swimwear
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original packaging or tags

Exceptions

At Delicious LLC, we will gladly review claims under the following circumstances:

• Item received is defective
• Item received is incorrect (wrong product or size sent)
• Item was damaged during shipping

How to Request Assistance

If your order qualifies under the exceptions above, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please email us at info@deliciouscollections.com including:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Resolution

Approved claims may be resolved with one of the following options, at our sole discretion:

• Replacement of the item
• Store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed for non-defective items.

• We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
• Delicious LLC is not responsible for incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
